Unfortunately, I have to include the legal stuff. I wish I didn't, but with the rise of unnecessary hatred that has taken the place of cooler heads, precautions must be taken to ensure reasonable and fair treatment for all. The bottom line of this platform is to help voices who want to be heard to be heard.

The website, "offeryoursolutions.com" (herein after referred to as Offer YOUR Solutions), is a privately maintained, publicly accessed website intended to poll its visitors and posters to identify issues they see and what solutions they offer to the issues identified.

The first thing here is that we at Offer YOUR Solutions are unapologetically Christian. We are Constitutional in nature, meaning that we believe government should be relegated to the nineteen services we contracted them for in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution for the united States of America (circa 1789). And no more. The rest of anything of concern, per the Tenth Amendment, is to be handled by the states (within the limited authority granted to them by their founders within the authority vested in their individual constitutions) or by the People of the united States of America, without whom, we would have no constitutions or federal/state governments at all.

We can not guarantee that your issues will be agreed with as being something that others feel are legitimate. The same applies to your suggested solutions. What we can guarantee is that any issue or solution offered, that does not violate the terms below, will be presented on this forum.

1. This platform exists solely to give a voice, not just to issues seen, but to solutions offered. As such, all reasonable issues and solutions will be given equal respect and weight. Solutions that bash posters or issues called out will be removed. All posts that insinuate, call for, promote, or propagate violence or violent rhetoric will be archived and reported to the appropriate authorities for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Please note that ALL posts require manual approval, whether they are issues being presented or solutions being proposed.

2. Hate speech, slander, libel, and all other forms of defamation will be subject to the same reporting as in 1. above.

3. Offer YOUR Solutions reserves the right to remove any posted issue or solution whose responses are deemed illegal or unlawful in accordance with applicable treaties, laws, rules, codes, statutes, ordinances.

4. Offer YOUR Solutions reserves the right to the promote any posted issue or solution at the sole discretion of its leadership. To qualify for promotion, posts must secure the future of the united States of America as the Constitutional Republic it was founded to be.

5. Offer YOUR Solutions does not pretend to be, nor can it be regarded as anything more than a truthful source for what its posters see as issues they are faced with, or reasonable, possible solutions to the issues that the issue posters have brought forward.
